Cremations
At The Valley of Animals, we would like to reassure you that 100% of your pet’s ashes will be safely returned to your care. This guarantee is regardless of how your pet has arrived here for cremation, whether it be a personal visit to the Valley of Animals or a home collection or our collection of your pet from your veterinary practice.
- Cremations take place within 72 hours of collection.

- You are able to come and visit your pet to say a quiet farewell if this is what you wish to do.
- Your pet may be cremated in a favourite blanket if you wish.
We will always be guided by your wishes.
As part of the cremation package, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in either a scatter tube or a natural bamboo scatter pouch. This is your choice. If you prefer to keep your pet’s ashes in the longer term, we are able to offer you a wide choice of other casks, urns, tribute boxes, sleeping cats, dog caskets or a photo frame. These come at an extra cost which we will be happy to talk with you about to ensure this part of the process is exactly what you want. Here are some examples.
